Q.
How long does the show
last?
A. Normally the show is performed with 5 dancers (2 guys and 3 girls)
lasting approximately 30 minutes. The show was originally designed to
be performed when the band or DJ took a break around 10pm-1030pm it is
a nice way of keeping the atmosphere and momentum in the room whilst
the band/Dj takes a break (this is only a recommendation).
Q.
How would you describe the
show?
The best way to describe the show is, it's like a very fast Riverdance/lord
of the dance style show focusing very much on speed, rhythm,
formations and the sound of the hard shoe from the floor.
The dancers will do everything from a tribute to Riverdance, Lord of
the Dance,
audience participation, an A capella which is a routine without music
and a
couple of other routines.
Q.
How much? (2008)
Regarding the cost we currently charge between 600 and 700 euro for
the show for most towns around the country .This covers the 5 dancers
(Adults), hotel insurance for the dancers and a driver to bring them
to and
from the venue.
Q.
Do you have any special requirements for your show?
Requirements that we need to do the show are a wooden floor
for the dancers to perform on and in relation to the sound system,
rather
than charge you extra to bring down a PA sound system we would
normally
bring our own stereo or mini disc player and connect through your
band/Dj PA
sound system, as it would already be set up and there is no point
paying for
it twice.
Q.
How much is the deposit,
and what methods of payment will you accept for it?
To book Celtic Rhythm for your special day we do ask for 100 euro to
secure a booking with the balance paid on the night. A confirmation
letter
will be sent once we receive the deposit. Deposits can be paid by
cheque, draft, postal order, visa, mastercard or Laser.
When you are speaking to your hotel regarding the dancers they
may/will ask
if the Dancers have our own insurance and on request I can send you or
the
hotel a copy of our Insurance details by email.
